How can I log into Smart Reviews?
Go to smartreviews.io and click Login in the top right corner. From there either log in with your email and password or use your Facebook or Google account to access the platform.
What should I do if I can`t log in?
Check that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password and enter your email address for the account. We will quickly send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How can I change my profile picture?
On the Smart Reviews homepage, click Profile in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu. In the Personal Settings section select Upload profile avatar or Remove profile avatar for now. If you logged in with your Facebook or Google account you need to follow the same guidelines for changing your profile picture.
What details can I change online?
You can change your Personal Settings, which include your Profile picture, gender, location and profile text. You can additionally change your email settings, your password and manage your reviews.
How can I unsubscribe from emails?
If you don’t want to receive emails from us or email invitations to review businesses, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you have received.
How can I delete my account from Smart Reviews?
On the Smart Reviews homepage, click Profile in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu. Click Account Settings and below click Delete profile. If you wish to also delete all your reviews, then you should delete them all before you delete your profile. Otherwise, the reviews will remain on our platform as anonymous.
Who can see my review on Smart Reviews?
All Smart Review users can see your reviews. Sometimes, a business chooses to display your review in a public place. This could be on their website, on a social network, or offline in some marketing collateral. This extends the reach of your review, bringing it to a wider audience.
